Major League Alumni Services Mission:
In addition to the non-profit missions of the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA), the organization assists members through its wholly owned for-profit organization, the Major League Alumni Services (MLAS). As a member of the MLBPAA, an alumni player is automatically eligible for a number of services from the MLAS. MLAS strives to broaden membership programs including health and pension benefits, while providing services outside the non-profit framework for the direct benefit of MLBPAA members. MLAS continues to expand in benefits and opportunities for the MLBPAA members.

Major League Alumni Services has partnered with Cook & Associates to provide a wide range of benefits to its members. Larry Cook, President and an authorized representative of the Major League Alumni Services, has reached out to over 1500 members since 1999.
Cook & Associates is a company dedicated to promoting exclusive benefits and discount programs for the members of the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association. As a member advocate, Larry strives to broaden membership programs including health, life insurance, long term care and discounted benefits. By serving as an independent source of information, advice and assistance, Cook & Associates brings protection and savings to the members of the MLBPAA.
